Week 1 — Understanding the Emotional World of Men

Theme: Awareness before change

Many relationship conflicts occur because men and women experience emotions and communication differently. The first step in healing is understanding how men process stress, love, and connection.

Participants will:

  • Recognize common misunderstandings in relationships

  • Develop empathy toward their partner

Observe your partner for 3 days and write down:

Week 4 — Building a Strong Future Together

Theme: Growth and partnership

Healing is not just fixing the past. It is building a better future together.

Discuss together:

Weekly Relationship Meeting

Once a week ask:

  • What went well this week?

  • What can we improve?

  • What do we appreciate about each other?

Final Practice

Create 3 relationship commitments together.

Example:

  • We speak respectfully during conflict

  • We spend weekly quality time together

  • We appreciate each other daily
